Join us at Hutch’s Eastside location for our special guest speaker and owner of Alchemy Training, Richard Albrow.
He will be giving a talk on strength training for cyclists, which will not only focus on exercises to make you faster, but also to stay injury free off the bike. It will look at posture, adequate flexibility, corrective exercises/stretches as well as stability, strength and power.

Third of our Spring 101 Series. This class will give you the nitty griity on the parts to inspect before riding (or buying) a bike. Learn how to do some minor repairs and adjustments and which tools to use. Just as important: learn when NOT to fix the bike yourself. We will provide bikes to practice on.
